announced that it has completed a two-year credit facility with First Capital. Under the agreement, the Company has increased its available borrowing capacity up to $2.0 million. The facility will be primarily used to provide working capital, fund the Company's expansion within mainstream grocery store accounts and facilitate the Company's general growth plans.

PEOPLE
First Beverage Capital
has named Patrick G. Haden and Alec G. Nedelman to its Board of Directors. Haden is a General Partner of Riordan, Lewis & Haden, a private equity firm that invests in high-growth middle-market companies.  He serves on the boards of IndyMac Bancorp, Tetra Tech, Inc. and Bradshaw International, Inc. • Clearly Canadian Brands announced the addition of Samantha Alfonzo, a mergers and acquisitions specialist, to its Board of Directors. Alfonzo is currently legal counsel for a Bermuda based group in Ontario. Prior to this role she provided consulting services to international corporations in the Caribbean.

announced it will be available to consumers via an agreement with Amazon.com.
Who’s Your Daddy announced a partnership between Andre Reed, Who’s Your Daddy Energy Drinks and Tops Markets. Reed will support the rollout for the distribution of energy drinks to 48 Tops stores in the Buffalo and surrounding area. • Beverage World welcomed Jana Natural European Artesian Water into its portfolio of Canadian exclusive beverages. • DNA Beverage Corporation announced that all Walgreens located on Florida's Coast in the Florida's Panhandle are selling the Company's energy drinks. Boo Koo Holdings, Inc. announced that its new beverage BooKoo Burner+ is currently being sold in more than 1,000 convenience stores throughout Nashville, Tennessee; Mobile, Alabama; Panama City, Florida and other surrounding markets, as well as in Dallas, Texas less than one month after its launch. Jana is now available in H.E.B Supermarkets through distributor Kehe Foods. H.E.B has more than 300 locations across Texas. • Core-Mark International and Faded Energy have successfully formed an agreement for Faded Energy's regular and sugar-free drinks to be distributed within two test regions.

Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. announced that they have licensed for commercial use the widely popular hit song "Atomic Dog" by George Clinton. BAWLS Guarana announced the launch of a partnership with GameFly. BAWLS will give customers a chance to try GameFly free for 30 days and GameFly users will receive substantial, limited-time discounts on the purchase of BAWLS Guarana/GameFly co-branded products. • Clearly Canadian Brands announced it will kick off its North American Corporate Road Shows with a week of institutional and broker level meetings in New York. This road show will also include weeks in California, Vancouver and Toronto. Skinny Nutritional Corp. announced that they have reached a one week stadium naming rights agreement with The Goldklang Group, turning Midway Stadium, the home of the St. Paul Saints, into Skinny Water Field. Cargill offered consumers the 'First Taste Moment' of Truvia Natural Sweetener at the Truvia Greenhouse, Rockefeller Center, July 9-11. For more on Truvia, click here. Who's Your Daddy will donate $0.83 per four-pack sold through Tops Markets to Women and Children's Hospital of Buffalo, with the to sell 100,000 four-packs in 83 days, which will enable the company to donate $83,000 to the hospital. The check presentation will take place at the Buffalo Bills game on September 21, 2008. SoNu Water was enjoyed at an exclusive John Mayer performance hosted by New York's Hit Music Station, Z100. Red Bull Illume -- the first-ever international action adventure sports photography competition -- made its Midwest debut in Minneapolis.
