Uncle Arnie’s Secures $7.5 Million Series A Strategic Growth Raise to Accelerate National Expansion and Drive Category Leadership in THC Beverages

Growth capital round led by Mindset Capital and Delta Emerald Ventures; Boston Beer founding partner Harry Rubin joins board

[Los Angeles, CA] – August 13, 2025 — Uncle Arnie’s, one of the fastest-growing THC and hemp-infused beverage brands in the U.S., today announced it has closed a $7.5 million Series A strategic growth raise to fuel its next phase of expansion. The round was co-led by Mindset Capital and Delta Emerald Ventures, with participation from strategic investor Harry Rubin, a founding partner of the Boston Beer Company (producer of Samuel Adams beer), who joins the company’s board of directors.

Positioned as a strategic growth raise rather than a capital need, the Series A will enable Uncle Arnie’s to nearly double its team from 40 to 75 employees over the next year, expand into new state markets, and deepen its presence in high-performing regions. The company has achieved close to 100% year-over-year growth since inception and projects the same trajectory through 2026.

“This funding marks an exciting milestone as we build on five years of success in the cannabis beverage market,” said Theo Terris, CEO of Uncle Arnie’s. “That experience has given us the brand strength and operational foundation to win in the rapidly expanding hemp-derived THC space — where we see even greater potential for mainstream adoption.”

Having an industry pioneer like Harry Rubin join the board only strengthens the company’s ability to seize the moment.”

Founded in California in 2020, Uncle Arnie’s quickly became the #1 cannabis beverage brand in the state. Expanding in 2024 into the fast-growing hemp-derived THC category, the company leveraged its know-how, branding, and success from the regulated market to establish a strong presence in new retail channels. Today, the brand is leading in multiple markets nationwide, with rapid growth driven by the momentum of hemp-derived retail.

The company has also been investing in leadership and infrastructure to prepare for its next stage of growth. Most recently, Uncle Arnie’s brought on Chief Marketing Officer Brian Miesieski, a beverage industry veteran of AB InBev, Diageo and SweetWater Brewing Company, to lead brand strategy and national marketing initiatives.

That operational foundation is what stood out to Delta Emerald Ventures. “Uncle Arnie’s has built a powerful combination of brand strength, operational excellence, and distribution reach that makes them a standout in the THC beverage space,” said Ian Dominguez, CIO of Delta Emerald Ventures. “Their ability to execute in both regulated and emerging markets positions them for long-term leadership, and we’re proud to support their next stage of growth.”

Looking ahead, Uncle Arnie’s is now in 16 markets and expanding to 3 more in the near term. This growth builds on the brand’s five years of success in the cannabis beverage market and positions it for even greater mainstream reach.
