(Dec. 15, 2025; Sonoma, Calif.)—Ram's Gate Winery announces the addition of Anthony Viloria and Kimberley Cosway to its leadership team, two of Sonoma County's most respected and influential hospitality professionals. Their combined expertise and deep local roots will guide the estate's next chapter, furthering Ram's Gate's commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences, thoughtfully crafted estate-driven cuisine, and meaningful connections within the Sonoma community.
Anthony Viloria, a Sonoma native, joins Ram's Gate as the estate's Senior Director, where he oversees all aspects of hospitality, culinary programming, and day-to-day operations. Prior to joining, Viloria led the team at Stark Reality Restaurants, managing its full portfolio of iconic Sonoma dining destinations. Earlier in his career, he served as General Manager and Wine Buyer at Willi's Wine Bar, where he built one of the region's most influential wine programs. Viloria brings deep expertise and passion to Ram's Gate, ensuring that every guest experience reflects authentic, warm hospitality.
Working alongside Viloria, Executive Chef Kimberley Cosway leads Ram's Gate's culinary program, translating the estate's vineyards, orchards, gardens, and regenerative farming practices into seasonally inspired culinary experiences. Her menus feature ingredients grown on the property as well as house-made breads and cheeses. Chef Cosway honed her culinary foundation in Seattle at The Pink Door, Lola, and Heartwood Provisions, before bringing her talents to Sonoma. Locally, she served as Estate Chef at Beltane Ranch for two years, leading the culinary program. She then took on a defining role with Stark Reality Restaurants in the opening of Augie's French, where she supported the culinary vision, shaped its beverage program alongside Viloria, and set the standard for the guest experience.
