WALLA WALLA, Wash. (January 5, 2026) – L'Ecole No 41, one of the founding wineries of Washington's Walla Walla Valley and among the region's most acclaimed and recognized wineries nationally and internationally, has formed a national partnership with Winebow, one of the leading distributors of Pacific Northwest wines.

The partnership adds distribution in Washington and California – the two markets where the partners were not already aligned – to their existing partnership in 15 other markets. The partnership in Washington was effective December 29, 2025. The partnership in California was effective January 2, 2026.

L'Ecole No 41 and Winebow are now aligned in California, Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

"Winebow has been a terrific partner, and we are excited to expand our partnership with them across their national footprint," said Ryan Pennington, Chief Operating Officer for L'Ecole No 41. "Winebow has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to Washington wine, and we look forward to continuing our work with them to grow the Washington wine category in our home market and across the country."

"L'Ecole No 41 is one of Washington State's most respected wineries, with a long-standing reputation for quality, integrity, and stewardship of the land," said Dean Ferrell, President and CEO of Winebow. "We are proud to expand our partnership, further strengthening our already exceptional portfolio of Washington wineries. We look forward to growing L'Ecole No 41's presence in Washington and California, while continuing to champion the Upper Left."

"Since Dean first described to me the idea for their Upper Left initiative to focus on Pacific Northwest wines, he and his team have lived up to every word in making Washington and Oregon wines a priority," said Marty Clubb, Co-Owner and Managing Winemaker of L'Ecole No 41. "We've been promoting Washington wine across the country for more than 40 years, and it's great to have a national distributor partner who believes in the Pacific Northwest and its wines as much as we do."

L'Ecole No 41 and Winebow first began working together in 2014, when Winebow merged with The Country Vintner, which at the time represented L'Ecole No 41 in 12 markets – Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia. L'Ecole No 41 then aligned with Winebow in three additional markets – Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin – in 2021.

The addition of Washington and California to the partnership completes the alignment of L'Ecole No 41 across Winebow's national footprint and significantly increases the partners' volume of business together.

About L'Ecole No 41
Housed in the historic Frenchtown schoolhouse depicted on its label, L'Ecole No 41 has earned international acclaim for producing expressive, distinctive wines that reflect the unmistakable typicity of Washington State and the unique terroir of their Walla Walla Valley estate vineyards. Founded in 1983, L'Ecole No 41 celebrated its 43rd harvest in 2025. In addition to Clubb, his wife, Megan, and their children, Riley Clubb and Rebecca Olson, are also co-owners and serve on the L'Ecole No 41 Board of Directors.

About Winebow
Winebow is a leading distributor and national importer, offering a dynamic portfolio of fine wine and spirits from around the world. Since 1980, the company has represented some of the most established properties in prominent growing areas, as well as a new generation of winemakers and distillers who are dedicated to innovation and quality. Winebow's national distribution platform comprises 18 markets, covering 60 percent of the wine consumption in the U.S.
