Expanding from Beverages into Entertaining and Food Experiences

Craft Cocktail Infusions is expanding beyond drink infusion kits with the introduction of a new line of gourmet finishing sugars and Floral Pink Himalayan Salt, designed to enhance not only cocktails and mocktails, but also entertaining, desserts, and everyday food presentation.

The collection reflects a broader shift toward multi-use, experience-driven ingredients that bridge the gap between beverage, culinary, and hosting.

Each product is built on an organic sugar or mineral salt base and layered with real dried fruits, botanicals, spices, and edible elements, including shimmer finishes and floral inclusions. The result is a line of finishing ingredients that deliver flavor, texture, and visual impact in a single step.

“We started by thinking about the final detail,” says founder Kim Petruska. “The rim of the glass, the top of a cocktail, the finish on a dessert or a board. These are the small touches that make something feel elevated and intentional.”

Designed for Entertaining, Gifting, and Occasion-Based Use

The shimmer sugar collection, featuring flavors such as Mango Mimosa, Amalfi Lemon, Grapefruit, and Champagne Cocktail, is positioned for celebratory occasions, including weddings, champagne bars, holiday gatherings, and large-format events.

With edible glitter and crystalline textures, the sugars are designed to enhance glassware while also functioning as finishing sugars for desserts, fruit, and party spreads, supporting the growing demand for visually driven entertaining.

The products translate easily from bar to table—used to rim champagne flutes, finish pastries, garnish fresh fruit, or add detail to grazing boards and plated desserts.

Expanding into Coffee, Tea, and Everyday Rituals

In addition to event-driven use, the line targets the rise in at-home beverage customization and café-style experiences.

Flavors such as Salted Caramel, Vanilla Lavender Chai, and Rose Cardamom are designed for coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, offering layered flavor profiles that extend into food applications like baked goods, breakfast dishes, and desserts.

The inclusion of ingredients like cardamom, chai spice, and Pink Himalayan Salt adds depth and versatility, allowing the products to move easily between beverage and culinary use.

Texture and Ingredient Visibility as Differentiators

A defining feature of the collection is the use of visible inclusions—dried citrus, fruits, spices, and flower petals—which contribute both texture and aesthetic value.

This positions the line apart from traditional flavored sugars by offering a multi-sensory experience, aligned with consumer demand for products that are as visually compelling as they are functional.

Introducing Floral Pink Himalayan Finishing Salt

The launch also includes a Floral Pink Himalayan Salt, developed as a finishing salt for both beverages and food.

Designed for cocktail rims, charcuterie boards, dips, breads, and savory dishes, the product combines mineral-rich Pink Himalayan Salt with floral elements, creating a balance of salinity and subtle aromatic complexity.

This addition expands the brand’s presence into savory applications and food-forward entertaining, complementing the sweeter profiles of the sugar line.

A Cross-Category Approach to Modern Entertaining

With this launch, Craft Cocktail Infusions positions itself within a growing category of hybrid pantry products that support both beverage creation and food styling.

The collection is packaged in 4 oz. retail jars and designed for use across cocktails, mocktails, coffee, tea, desserts, and entertaining spreads.

As consumers continue to prioritize presentation, customization, and experience, the brand’s newest line delivers a simple way to elevate everyday moments—whether in a glass, on a plate, or across the table.
