[LAFAYETTE, IN] MAY 19, 2026 - Copper Moon Coffee, a family-owned Lafayette, IN roastery known for its commitment to quality, sustainability, and connection, will return to exhibit at the 2026 Summer Fancy Food Show, taking place June 28–30 at the Javits Center in New York City.

Organized by the Specialty Food Association (SFA), the Summer Fancy Food Show is one of the industry’s premier events, bringing together thousands of specialty food and beverage brands with top buyers, distributors, and retailers from across the globe. As consumer demand for premium coffee continues to climb, the show serves as a key platform for brands like Copper Moon to connect with partners and expand their retail footprint.

The U.S. coffee market is projected to reach $110 billion by 2027, reflecting sustained growth driven by evolving consumer preferences and a surge in at-home coffee consumption. Today, 67% of Americans drink coffee daily, an all-time high, with many seeking higher-quality, café-style experiences at home.

In response to these trends, Copper Moon Coffee will highlight its lineup of approachable, café-quality products designed for everyday brewing. Attendees can explore the brand’s expanding portfolio, including its growing USDA-certified organic line, featuring newer flavors like Pistachio and Vanilla, as well as its range of cold coffee offerings, including Cold Brew Pouches, Brew Over Ice Cups, and its signature cold brew blend, all suited for the summer season.

With approximately 80 to 85 percent of coffee drinkers now regularly preparing coffee at home, Copper Moon continues to focus on delivering barista-quality experiences in accessible formats that resonate with modern consumers.

The 2026 Summer Fancy Food Show will feature thousands of specialty products, along with educational programming, trend insights, and networking opportunities with leading retailers, including Whole Foods, Sprouts Farmers Market, and more.
