NEW YORK, NY — Chlorophyll Water, pioneer of the chlorophyll category and the first bottled water in the United States to pass Clean Label Project Certification, is now available on Hungryroot, the personalized grocery service known for making healthy eating easier, more convenient, and more customized.

The launch marks another major step in Chlorophyll Water’s continued expansion across better-for-you retail, e-commerce, social commerce, and grocery delivery channels, bringing its plant-powered hydration to more health-conscious consumers nationwide.

Hungryroot curates nutritious groceries and helps customers discover foods and beverages that fit their lifestyle, preferences, and routines. The platform’s focus on convenience, personalization, and better-for-you products aligns closely with Chlorophyll Water’s mission to make clean, functional, plant-powered hydration more accessible.

Chlorophyll Water is ultra-purified water enhanced with chlorophyll from alfalfa and fortified with essential vitamins A, B12, C, and D. Known for its crisp, refreshing taste with subtle lemon and spearmint, Chlorophyll Water offers a Clean Label Project Certified, plant-powered hydration experience for consumers seeking better-for-you beverage options.

As a pioneer in the chlorophyll category, Chlorophyll Water is positioned at the center of a fast-growing chlorophyll movement. The chlorophyll market is projected to grow 56% faster than the coconut water market and 40% faster than the bottled water market by 2030, reflecting increasing consumer interest in functional, plant-based hydration.

The Hungryroot launch comes as Chlorophyll Water continues to see strong momentum across retail, e-commerce, and social commerce. The brand was recently ranked in the “Top 1% on TikTok Shop” and recognized as one of the platform’s Top Food & Beverage Shops, placing #203 in Total GMV and #208 in Video GMV on TikTok Shop’s “Top 5,000 Food & Beverage Shops” list. The recognition highlights Chlorophyll Water’s rapid growth across social commerce, creator-driven product discovery, video commerce, and retail demand.

Chlorophyll Water was also named “2026 Top Trending Brand” by Spate Market Research, an AI-powered consumer trend analytics platform, after being selected from thousands of brands tracked by Spate’s Popularity Index. Dubbed “The Chlorophyll Water Phenomenon,” Spate recognized the brand for standout cross-platform momentum, including +229% year-over-year growth on TikTok, +62.9% year-over-year growth in Google Search, and +70% year-over-year growth in Instagram posts.

Spate’s research also found that TikTok views for “Chlorophyll Water” increased by +1.6 million year-over-year, representing +473.8% growth. Detox-related searches tied to Chlorophyll Water reached +88.3K, growing +806.8% year-over-year, while energy- and focus-related searches reached +79.7K, with growth of more than 1,000% year-over-year. The broader chlorophyll movement now generates approximately 2 million weekly TikTok views across 15.4K posts, with hashtag activity tied to #chlorophyll and #chlorophyllwater surpassing 1 billion views—underscoring the growing consumer demand, digital momentum, and excitement surrounding Chlorophyll Water’s launch on Hungryroot.
